After tasting chocolate from all over the globe, meeting and learning about so many incredible producers, PALM was born out of a quest to showcase 100% dark chocolate as a delicious and uplifting source of indulgence.

Our 100% dark chocolate is sourced from Madagascar. It has no added sugar, is dark and gently intense, made with nothing but the finest cacao beans and pure cacao butter. The richness and fruity aroma have a citrus edge leading to a uniquely bold finish. These distinct characteristics give a mouth-watering quality; matching beautifully with the natural sweetness of dried fruits, gently roasted nuts and raw seeds. The chocolate is lovingly cultivated by five generations of a family from India who settled in Madagascar to farm spices, sell textiles and share their premium, single origin chocolate.

Our ground cacao is fragrant, organic and single origin; grown in the Island of Grenada on Belmont Estate. Under the distinctive care and expertise of its female founder, Belmont’s cacao is carefully grown, ensuring ancestral traditions are respected in the way it is farmed, harvested, fermented, sun dried and hand-crafted. Quality, integrity, the empowerment and support of women, exceptional ethical conduct and resolute responsibility to the local community are all principles that are integral the history of this cacao. 

PALM has been conceived to create handmade, nourishing chocolate treats that are sourced with the utmost respect for people and planet. A mindfully and uplifting treat that satisfies in only a few captivating bites is something we can all feel positive to indulge in.
